Group Calls
Glow For Hope Safe Space for Athletes Check-In is a bi-weekly, virtual conversation space for high school and college athletes who feel the weight of pressure, performance, injury, or expectations.
Hosted by former student-athlete and coach Matthew Benson, these sessions offer a place to talk openly, listen, and connect — without judgment and without needing to have it all figured out.
This is not therapy. It’s a place to show up, be real, and remember you’re not alone.
This is not therapy or crisis counseling. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
